our Safe Haven in Epsom is here for you.

Whether you need someone to talk to, or just a space to meet other people who may be going through a similar emotional or mental health crisis as you, then come and see us. We’re an informal, safe, space that supports you to take control of, and improve, your own mental health.

You’re welcome at the Safe Haven even if you live outside of the Epsom area: the doors are open to everyone who needs us. You won’t have to book an appointment, you can remain anonymous, have your own space or a one to one chat with a professional. It’s your choice. You can also access a range of activities to meet others such as art.

Anyone is welcome, regardless of their condition, age, background,  gender, or whether they have accessed services before. Some  people may want to come every day, while others only when they  feel they are near a crisis point.

Staff can also signpost on to specialist groups, emotional  counselling or one to one advice and support if/when appropriate.
