NHS Surrey Downs Clinical Commissioning Group, which is responsible for buying and planning health services for over 305,000 people living in the local area, is to hold its next Governing Body meeting in public this Friday 23 March, 1pm–3.30pm at St Mary's Church Hall, Stoke D'Abernon, KT11 3PX.
The meeting will be chaired by the CCG’s Clinical Chair, Dr Russell Hills (pictured). Key items for the agenda include an overview of the joint Commissioning Intentions for the Surrey Heartlands area in 2018, following a period of public engagement and collation of residents and commissioner feedback; a report on Primary Care commissioning specific to Surrey Downs; an update on how the Heartlands CCGs are working to align governance arrangements in a bid to become more integrated; and a financial forecast ahead of year-end.
