Please note that due to closer working across Surrey Downs, Guildford and Waverley, and North West Surrey CCGs we are currently reviewing, updating and aligning some policies, including policies relating to information governance. Where changes will affect how we work with members of the public (such as the management of complaints or Freedom of Information requests) contact details have been updated on this website to reflect the new arrangements and individuals will also be informed of these changes when they make FOI applications or get in touch about a complaint.
